Study design
A key clinical study of post-operative pain relief over 48 hours after removal of 2-4 wisdom teeth shows that Combogesic® provides more effective and a faster onset of meaningful pain relief than the equivalent dose of acetaminophen or ibuprofen, given in 4 divided doses.2,8,*

Synergistic combination
Combogesic® tablets are a unique synergistic combination of 325 mg acetaminophen and 97.5 mg ibuprofen with no generic alternatives at the same optimized dosing.
Optimal oral dosing
The convenient dosing regimen enables 3 Combogesic® tablets to be taken every 6 hours as needed for pain relief, up to a maximum of 12 tablets per day.8

Dosing
Recommended dosage for adult patients
for mild to moderate acute pain
Combogesic® tablets are approved for adults only (18 years and above). The dosing regimen is 3 tablets every 6 hours as needed for pain relief, up to a maximum of 12 tablets per day.
Combogesic® tablets should be taken at the lowest effective dosage for the shortest duration, consistent with individual patient treatment goals, and should not be administered with other acetaminophen or NSAID-containing products.8
